My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Rome near iconic landmarks and fantastic shopping options. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, though I wish they had a view overlooking Via Frattina. The service was decent overall, but I did have a slight issue with the staff being a bit grumpy when we arrived early for breakfast. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a nice selection of snacks and Nespresso capsules provided. The facilities were good, especially the ambience at The Salon.

The hotel had rooms with a lot of character, close to the breakfast room, and was awesome. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Elisa. The location was surprisingly good, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and gelato shops, and ideal for central Rome sightseeing on foot. The dining experience was excellent with free minibar and a complimentary dressing gown delivered to our room. The facilities were top-notch, with 24-hour refreshments available.
